Return & Refund Policy

At Naturecare Mart, we want customers to receive the correct product in good condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a missing item in a combo/order

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging, where return is applicable

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and product nature, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

Non-returnable cases may include:

  • Opened or used wellness products

  • Opened patches, personal care, or hygiene-related products

  • Used pest control or cleaning products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products with missing accessories, labels, manuals, or invoice

  • Products purchased during clearance sale or marked as non-returnable

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer

3. Return Request Process

To raise a return or replacement request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Customer name and phone number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Photo of outer packaging

  • Issue description

  • Unboxing video, if available

4. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we may offer a replacement for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing products.

Replacement depends on product availability. If the same product is not available, we may offer a refund or alternative solution.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • A prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch

  • The product is unavailable after payment

  • A valid return request is approved

  • Replacement is not possible

  • Order is cancelled by Naturecare Mart due to operational reasons

Refunds will not be issued for used, opened, damaged-by-customer, or non-returnable products.

6. Refund Timeline

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method where possible

  • COD orders: Refund through bank transfer, UPI, or another approved method after customer verification

Refund processing may take 5 to 10 working days after approval, depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must accept the delivery after confirming the order. Refusing COD orders without a valid reason may affect future COD availability.

COD charges, shipping charges, or convenience fees may not be refundable unless the issue is caused by Naturecare Mart.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Naturecare Mart may cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Payment issue

  • Delivery location not serviceable

  • Suspicious or fraudulent order activity

  • Customer not reachable for confirmation

9. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos/videos and order details for verification.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement, return pickup, or refund as applicable.

10. Return Pickup

Return pickup availability depends on the courier partner and serviceable location. If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be requested to ship the product back to us after approval.

The return address will be shared after the return request is approved.

11. Important Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

  • Return approval is subject to product inspection.

  • Refund or replacement may be rejected if the claim is false, incomplete, or product is used/damaged by the customer.

  • Naturecare Mart reserves the right to make the final decision on return and refund approval as per policy and applicable law.
