1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed successfully, our team begins processing it for packing and dispatch.

Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp for order confirmation before dispatch.

2. Shipping Locations

Naturecare Mart currently ships products across serviceable locations in India. Delivery availability may depend on courier partner coverage in your area.

If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you and cancel the order or offer an alternative solution.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is usually:

  • Metro cities: 3 to 6 working days

  • Non-metro cities: 5 to 8 working days

  • Remote or rural areas: 7 to 12 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, strikes, lockdowns, incorrect address, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Naturecare Mart may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or order values. Shipping charges may vary depending on product, location, order value, weight, and courier partner.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected products and selected locations.

COD availability may depend on product type, order value, courier serviceability, and previous order history. Naturecare Mart reserves the right to confirm or cancel COD orders before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or courier partner updates.

Customers are requested to track the order and remain available at the delivery address during the expected delivery period.

7. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Customer not reachable

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • COD payment not ready

  • Courier service issue

If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons, re-shipping may be chargeable or the order may be cancelled.

8. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package or record a clear unboxing video immediately after receiving it.

For any damaged, wrong, or missing product claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and order details.

9. Incorrect Address

Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, full address, landmark, city, state, and PIN code while placing an order.

Naturecare Mart is not responsible for delayed, failed, or lost delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

10. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible.

11. Shipping Delays

While we try our best to deliver orders on time, delays may happen due to courier partner issues, high order volume, weather, festivals, public holidays, or service disruptions.

Naturecare Mart will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, but we will try to support you with tracking and delivery updates.
